12 Steps To Self Care

It is very important that you do not get lost in the chaos of every day life. You need to take care of yourself and not just concentrate on pleasing people around you. This is a very simple but efficient list of things to do in your life to help with your own self care and ultimately your own happiness. 

If you follow these steps then it will be impossible to not benefit your life in a positive way. You can start small and incorporate a few of the easy ones into your life first. Then slowly tick off the whole list. Guaranteed it will bring lots of happiness to your life as well as many more positive things too!

  1. If it feels wrong, don’t do it
  2. Say EXACTLY what you mean
  3. Don’t be a people pleaser
  4. Trust your instincts
  5. Never speak bad about yourself
  6. Never give up on your dreams
  7. Don’t be afraid to say ‘No’
  8. Don’t be afraid to say ‘Yes’
  9. Be kind to yourself
  10. Let go of what you can’t control
  11. Stay away from drama and negativity
  12. LOVE

You may think these are easy and won’t have much impact. But if you read them and truly implament them in your life then there will be results. People around you will quickly notice a change, and You will be able to feel the change once the negativity around you fades.
