What You See First Reveals The Secrets Of Your Inner Self

Do you know what it is that motivates you in life? Sometimes it is hard for us to know what we really want in life and what it is that spurs us on the most. If you’re not sure, then take this test to find out what is going on in your subconscious mind.

There are many things to be seen in this picture but the important one is the one that you notice first.

This subconscious shadow self reveals what motivates and steers us the most in life. According to Carl Jung in “On the Psychology of the Unconscious”:

“It is a frightening thought that man also has a shadow side to him, consisting not just of little weaknesses- and foibles, but of a positively demonic dynamism. The individual seldom knows anything of this; to him, as an individual, it is incredible that he should ever in any circumstances go beyond himself. But let these harmless creatures form a mass, and there emerges a raging monster.”

Take a look at this photo and remember what you notice first…

If you noticed the mountains first… You are driven by your own mind.

These intelligent people always do the practical thing. They are guided in life mostly by their own thoughts and are the biggest motivator in life. Due to this constant mindfulness and abundance of caution, they often put work above everything else in life. Sometimes they need to stop focusing on the difficult journey ahead and spend more time relaxing in the here and now. The fact that this type of people saw the mountains first means they are always focused on the tasks ahead.

Unfortunately, although this may get them far professionally, it won’t help them be happy if they don’t learn to relax. They need to get the balance right in enjoying the journey rather than the destination.

If you noticed the bear first… You are motivated by love.

The bear is a very obvious symbol of fierce, intense passion. If the bear was noticed first these types of people are likely to be an extremely passionate person especially when it comes to affairs of the heart. They have an unstoppable ferocity inside of them. When it comes to those they love, they would do anything to protect them. These people can often be compared to a mama bear protecting her cubs in the past. It is a pretty accurate description – they will never let anything happen to the ones you love.

If you noticed the trees first… You are guided by your passion.

These people are known as the life of the party. They are super talkative and love to communicate with others. The trees represent a desire to be social and resemble a lively conversation which is what draws you to them. People who noticed the trees first are happiest in a group of people, having a spirited chat among friends. They are always eager to make new friends and that spirit of friendliness is what guides you in life.

Connect with the Earth through grounding. Just like the trees in a forest, we are all connected with Mother Nature. Turning to Her will help us receive joy and affection.

If you saw the moon first… You are driven by your dreams.

People who saw the moon first are said to always have their heads in the clouds. They are driven by their dreams and aspirations for the future. These thoughts often over take their mind and the actual dreams sometimes end up being the fantasies they think about all day.

This sometimes means they are distracted with daydreaming but they understand that one day all their hopes and dreams can come true with a little bit of hard work. They need to be cautious not to get caught up in the dream, and forget to appreciate the here and now and be thankful for what they have already achieved. Just because something isn’t the way they dreamed it was doesn’t mean it isn’t good. It is important that sometimes they accept reality for what it is.
