Two goals for today.

My two goals for today were to get out of bed and drink coffee. So far,
I’m a success!

Some days I just simply can NOT be dealing with long lists of jobs or chores. So last night I decided to write myself a more achieveable list. Now that I’ve woken up today I have successfully achieved the two goals on my to do list. Get up and drink coffee. Anything else I achieve after this is a bonus as I seriously have no energy to do much else.

Do not worry yourself if some days you just about make it out of bed and don’t achieve anything else. This is a success in itself. Don’t be hard on yourself. We all have our days were we feel less inclined to get things done. Allow yourself a break and don’t get more down because you feel your being ‘lazy’. You are allowed to give yourself self care. Jobs will still be there tomorrow there is no rush. Just focus on you, and as long as you are able to wake up the next day more refreshed then it is better than spending another day getting more down in the dumps. Just a step at a time. No pressure then you can slowly get the lists done.
