  1. SAY NO
    Stop being a people pleaser. If it’s something you aren’t comfortable with, or don’t agree with, just say no. Control your own personal power, you are not a puppet therefore you can not be cohered into saying yes when you don’t agree.
  2. JUST BE YOU
    Don’t try to be anyone but your true authentic self. Trying to fit into a mould that society has made is futile, you will only end up hurting yourself. Celebrate being you, you are unique and beautiful.
  3. TAKE ACTION
    Make a change and focus on you, then you can be your best self, and get back to helping others. This also relates to ‘saying no’. Stop doing what you really don’t want to do, and do what you have been putting off. Stop showing unwillingness to say yes to things take a leap and say yes. Take that action yourself and move towards what you want.
  4. DRESS FOR YOU
    Wear what ever you want and what is comfortable. Don’t put yourself down, by thinking that a certain style doesn’t suit you. Be bold, don’t let anyone judge you. It is your body to dress as you please.
  5. LIVE IN THE MOMENT
    Don’t fret about the past, you will weaken yourself by dwelling, just let go. Don’t worry about the future either, just focus and enjoy the here and now.
  6. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY
    If you make a mistake say so. Owning your own actions is not a vulnerability. Apologies sincerely. Treat others how you would be want to be treated.
  7. BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE
    Speak kindly to yourself, stop criticising and putting yourself down. Encourage yourself, be your own cheerleader. Don’t wait for others for praise, you can be proud of yourself!
