This High School Teacher Pulled Off An Amazing Proposal With The Help Of His Students
Jonathan Holt, a teacher at Chalmette High School in Chalmette, Louisiana, wanted to propose to his girlfriend in style. That’s when he decided to enlist his students to help him pull off a masterpiece. Jonathan and his girlfriend, Iris, both teach at the same school, so Jonathan had her called to the principal’s office for a meeting. That’s when he put his plan in action.
“I knew it was going to be a special moment – the beginning of an epic life together – and I wanted to involve as many people as possible because the more people that can share that feeling, the more powerful it is,” Jonathan told BuzzFeed.
We think the students did a great job sticking to the plan. Although Iris clearly knew something very strange was going on, they kept quiet and played their parts well, ready for the big surprise! And it didn’t stop there, an amazing brass band was waiting in the hall for the big celebration!
