Drinking water straight after waking up on an empty stomach could help you get rid of a number of illnesses.

How it works
As soon as you wake up in the morning before doing anything, even before brushing your teeth, you should drink four to six glasses of water. Each of about 160 millilitres of water. You can then brush your teeth, but most importantly do not eat or drink anything for the next 45 minutes. Once the 45 minutes are up you can eat and drink normally. Drink water at least 30 minutes before eating. However, after breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for two hours.
