Brilliant Bath Time Tips

While you can’t beat a good bubble bath, there are different bath additives that you can add to your tub that bring different results.

-Bath bombs are very aesthetically pleasing but they don’t necessarily bring a lot except colour and fragrance to your bath.
-Bath salts are best to avoid if you have very dry skin as they tend to dry skin out. However it is great to use to help soften the water and bring a fragrance to your bath experience.
-Bath milks are perfect for sensitive skin as they usually contain no harsh chemicals like detergents and alkalis. But they are not recommended for people with oily skin.
-Bath oils tend to coat the skin with a thin layer of oil, so again if you are more of an oily skin type, avoid adding these to your bath.  They are perfect for protecting against the dehydrating effects of water, so are particularly good for people who suffer dry skin.

Herbal baths are usually chosen for their calming, soothing and relaxing effects.
