Snickers Fudge Bars

Snickers Fudge Bar

These no-bake Snickers Fudge Bars are super yummy and easy to make with just 4 simple steps. Prep is approx 15 mins. Allow to cool and set for 2 hours.

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup butterscotch or peanut butter chips
2/3 cup peanut butter (divided use)
1/2 stick butter (2 oz)
1 cup sugar (granulated)
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1.5 cups marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 cups salted peanuts (chopped)
1 package caramels (14 oz)

Prepare a tin by lining it with foil or baking paper.
Mix the chocolate chips, butterscotch or peanut butter chips, and 1/3 cup of peanut butter in a pan on a low heat.
Continue to stir until the ingredients have melted.
Once completely smooth, pour half of it into the prepared tin and spread it into an even layer.
Set aside the remaining chocolate mixture for later, and place the filled tin in the refrigerator to set the chocolate while you prepare the next layer.

Place the butter, sugar, and evaporated milk in another saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the butter is melted and the sugar dissolves. Let the mixture come to a boil then stir continuously while boiling for five minutes.

After, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the marshmallow cream, remaining 1/3 cup of peanut butter, and the chopped peanuts. Then gently spread the mixture over the chocolate layer in the tin that has been cooling.Try to avoid mixing the two layers. You can then return the tin to the refrigerator to set the peanut layer.
Next, unwrap the caramels and put them in a microwave-safe bowl with 1 tablespoon of water. Microwave until they have melted, stirring every so often to avoid them burning. Once the caramel is melted and smooth, pour it over the peanut layer in the tin. Spread it into an even layer, and return the tin to the refrigerator to briefly set the caramel, for about 10 minutes.

Finally, if the remaining chocolate-peanut butter mixture that you had put to the side has stiffened, microwave it briefly until it is melted once more. Then pour the mixture over the caramel and spread it into an even layer.

Allow everything to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Once set, you can cut the snickers fudge bars into squares, and ENJOY!
